A: Yes. BattleActs content is updated whenever the syllabus changes.

Q: Does BattleActs highlight syllabus changes?

A: Yes, we strive to highlight changes so that you don’t waste time studying outdated solutions from the examiner’s reports..

Q: How long will the BattleActs platform be available to me?

A: Your membership is available to you for a period of 7 months. If you do not sit for or pass your exam, upon request, you can get a one-time free 6-month extension. This is a one-time extension only. Please email us at info@battleacts.ca in order to access this extension.

Q: What is your refund and pause policy?

A: Please be sure of your purchase as we do not offer refunds or pauses. The exception is if you purchase early and then find out you did not pass your last exam. We are happy to pause your subscription in that case.

Q: What are the system requirements to use the platform?

A: Tablet-sized screen or bigger.

Due to a bug in how Apple devices render web pages, certain parts of the BattleActs site do not work on Apple devices. (All content is viewable but the BRQ-scoring buttons in the main part of the site cause an issue.)

Q: Is my credit card information secure with this service?

A: BattleActs uses a web-based encryption and authentication service for all your transactions, to ensure your information is completely secure.

Q: Should I purchase a study guide before I know if I passed my last exam?

A: Absolutely. We want to encourage early studying! If you do not pass your last exam, just email us and we will pause your subscription. Once you are ready to start studying again, email us and we will reactivate your access.

Q: My credit card charged me an International Transaction fee? What is this?

A: Some corporate credit cards charge a small extra fee for international transactions. Please call your credit card company if you have any questions about this.

Q: Can I share my account with someone else?

A: A user account is meant solely for the registered user. Sharing of accounts with others or to mirror the materials on another server is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination of account privileges without any refund. Plus, you will not have the benefit of realizing your personal progress with the quizzes and BRQ.

Q: Do you offer a discount if I have used my free extension?

A: Yes. Subscribers who have already used their free extension are eligible for a 50% discount off our usual price for a special 6-month access. This subscription is not eligible for free extensions. Email us for a discount code.
