• Preliminary assignments:

1. Create scenarios for PE1 #12 parts (a) & (b) on Landmark Legal Cases
2. See prior CAS exam problems for guidance. (The source text is not helpful here and available only in printed from in the study kit from the CAS. Googling the cases is far more helpful.)
3. The answer (precedent) for part (a) should be Glynn v Scottish Union
4. The answer (precedent) for part (b) should be Sansalone v Wawanesa

• I chose these cases because these are often asked so the students should definitely know them.
• Your question should be straightforward (no tricks) but try to make the scenario a little different compared to past exams.
