MCQ: Which type of disclosure does OSFI support?

One of the multiple choice questions ask "Which type of disclosure does OSFI support?", to which the accepted answer is "Disclosure only to federal regulators".

It seems in contradiction with the source, that states: "The FRFI is expected to make its climate-related financial disclosures publicly available [...] no later than 180 days after fiscal year-end", and also: "Climate-related financial disclosures help OSFI to meet its mandate of protecting depositors, creditors, and policyholders, and contributing to public confidence in the Canadian financial system, by ensuring relevant information is publicly available to enable understanding of FRFIs’ financial condition and the risks to which they are exposed.".

    I would agree that the word "only" should be removed. Otherwise, it is the best answer available of the 4 options
