It's not covered. Apologies for not coming back to this - I believe this was answered in a few other questions so I did not come back to this
All references to Chapter 28 and the commutation calculation have now been removed from the wiki.
The syllabus still lists commutation in the learning objectives under C.3.
I was wondering if there is anywhere else the concepts of commutation is covered other than in chapter 28 (which is now removed) of the Odomirok reading
On the top of my head no.. It could be an "mistake/omission" from CAS where they just forgot to remove the commutation bit from C.3.
