FSCO.TechNotes -> Simplified Guidelines

Hello,

Are "Simplified Filings" required to know for this reading? The reason I ask is simplified guidelines were removed from FSCO.PPA, so I feel like it'd be intuitive to remove it for this reading too.

    You do not have to know the guidelines or requirements for a simplified filing. However, the existence of a simplified filing is still mentioned on page 1 of FSCO.TechNotes and page 2 of FSCO.PPA, which are included in the syllabus. So just be aware of the information there, which basically states that a simplified filing exists subject to criteria.
