Modified version of MSA.Ratios

Hello !

MSA Ratios text seems to be highlighted as a modified reading in the BattleBriefings. However, in the "syllabus" it is the same text than before (2019 version). Am I missing something ? I am studying the 2019 version but I want to be sure I am using the good version of the text.

    I believe the latest MSA ratio paper is from 2020. That's the one I have from the latest study kit. Most of the changes for MSA are in the MSA.legends paper though
