the advantages and disadvantages of interactive ratings
"Without an interactive rating, an insurer may remain unrated (or be given a public rating where insurer has less control over the info used in the rating)"
This doesn't sound like an advantage?

My interpretation is that, without an interactive rating, the insurer has to choose a worse alternative (get a non-interactive rating where they have less control over info release, or not having a rating at all which also sucks). So this would be an advantage of HAVING an interactive rating.
