Oh my gosh. I wrote that a couple of years ago, but then the whole agriculture program as described in that syllabus reading was terminated. None of that material is still relevant in Canadian agriculture anymore so I didn't think it was worth doing a web-based problem for. I don't know why that reading is still on the syllabus. It should be removed and replaced with the current Canadian agricultural program.
But I need to remove that statement. I think that was always a low-probability question and now even lower (and kinda pointless.)
