Hi,

During my review, I notice that question 30 in the Fall 2014 exam is marked as outdated, although it seems to me that the content's of CIA's Disclosure paper can help with atleast answering (a). Unless, has IFRS 4/17 been removed from examination from 6?

    There was a paper specifically on IFRS that has been removed from the syllabus. That tells me it isn't considered an important topic any longer. (It was always a low-ranked paper anyway.) You're right that CIA.Disclosure talks about IFRS so I suppose it wouldn't hurt to spend a few minutes looking at this old exam problem.
