Definition: Total Capital Available vs Net Assets Available
Shouldn't the part of the definition about foreign branches be under the definition for Net Assets Available instead of under Total Capital Available?

You are right - But i wanted to group them together to capture the spirit of what is trying to be said. The net assets are basically the capital available but for foreign branches. However, most people are more familiar with capital available than net assets as the BAAT is not touched on which is why I wanted to tie them together. I guess splitting them out and having a brief explanation would be more true to the soruce
