If your IFRS assets >= SCR assets then no intervention is needed. I do not see anything wrong here? You haven't done the exercise
in that question, IFRS assets is 5000 and SCR assets is 3030, the answer is intervene, should it be none instead?
SCR assets = SCR + best est liab + risk margin
I also thought it was equal to SCR at first glance but it is not
SCR assets in this case is 5415
